Welcome to Care4Community, your ideal source for Support Worker services. We’re dedicated to providing you with the very best of NDIS services as a committed institution established in Australia.
Set up in September 2021, backed by a strong understanding of the challenges faced by our differently-abled friends, and with all the professional qualifications. We started to serve the community we care most about.
Care4Community has come a long way under the supervision of highly skilled professionals both in academics and field experience of more than a decade, since its beginnings in September 2021, located at Cranbourne, West VIC, 3977.
Rest assured, you’re going to enjoy this journey with the vision of our co-founders and directors who have acquired an Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management, and a Certificate IV in Disability. Furthermore, a Diploma of Community Services specialized in case management and a Certificate III in Disability. In addition to this, they’ve worked as Support Workers for over 10 years, including management and supervision roles.
When we first started, our passion for NDIS services drove us to the idea and we planned to provide Support Worker services, including supporting/assisting participants with all types of personal activities, household tasks, transport, participation in the community, daily tasks in and out of shared living, developing life skills, group/Centre activities, navigating new life stages and assistance to access and maintain employment.
