Diploma of Community Services (Case Management)
Farina has over 10 years’ experience in the disability sector, supporting NDIS and TAC participants with a wide range of needs. Starting as a support worker and progressing through team leader, house supervisor and now Director, Farina understands every part of running a safe, person-centred home.
With a Diploma of Community Services (Case Management), Farina is skilled in coordinating supports, working closely with families and allied health professionals, and advocating for participants to achieve meaningful goals. Farina focuses on dignity, safety, choice and control in everything delivered at Care 4 Community.
Ashu
Director
Advanced Diploma of Community Services & Certificate IV in Disability
Ashu brings over 10 years of hands-on disability experience, working with NDIS and TAC participants in a variety of settings. Having worked from frontline support through to coordination, leadership and now a Director role, he has a strong understanding of quality, compliance & what “good support” looks like day to day.
With an Advanced Diploma of Community Services & a Certificate IV in Disability, Ashu is passionate about building skilled, compassionate teams & ensuring supports are delivered safely, respectfully and in line with each person’s goals. He is committed to clear communication with families, guardians and professionals, & to creating homes where participants feel valued, heard & in control.
Jag
Support Worker
Jag is a caring and dependable Senior Support Worker with around 7 years of experience supporting people across the disability and community sectors.
Jag is known for building strong, trusting relationships with the people they support and their families. They take a gentle, respectful approach, focusing on what matters most to each person — feeling safe, heard, and supported in their everyday life.
With many years of experience in community-based and disability supports, Jag brings consistency, patience, and understanding to every shift. Families value Jag’s reliability and calm presence, knowing their loved one is supported by someone who truly cares.
As a member of the team, Jag supports positive team culture and leads by example, always prioritising dignity, choice, and meaningful outcomes for the people we support.

Senior Support Worker
Mila is a compassionate and dedicated Senior Support Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals and families across home care, community, disability & aged care services.
Families often describe Mila as warm, patient & genuinely caring. She takes the time to understand each person as an individual — their routines, preferences, culture & goals — and provides support that respects dignity, independence and choice.
With her extensive experience, Mila is able to support people with both everyday needs and more complex situations, always bringing a calm and reassuring presence. She works closely with families and support networks to ensure continuity of care & peace of mind.
As a senior member of our team, Mila also supports and mentors other staff, leading by example & upholding the values of kindness, safety & professionalism. Her commitment to the people she supports makes her a trusted & valued part of our care community.

Paul is a dedicated and enthusiastic Support Worker with three years of experience in the disability and community sector. While newer to the industry, Paul is a fast learner who has quickly built strong skills through hands-on experience, training, and a genuine commitment to the people he supports.
Families appreciate Paul’s positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to go the extra mile. He approaches each shift with care and respect, taking time to listen, learn routines, and support people in a way that feels safe and reassuring.
