Finding the right home is about more than just a roof over your head. It’s about finding a space where you feel safe, valued, and free to live life on your own terms.
At Care 4 Community, we provide a complete pathway of housing options across Cranbourne, Frankston, and the Mornington Peninsula. Whether you need a weekend break, a temporary place to stay, or a forever home, we can help you find the right fit.
The NDIS funds different types of housing depending on your needs. We are here to help you navigate them.
Also known as STA or Respite, this is a short stay (usually up to 14 days) away from home. It is all-inclusive, covering your accommodation, food, and 24/7 support.
- Best for: Giving carers a rest, trying out independent living, or enjoying a “holiday” with peers.
MTA provides a safe place to live for up to 90 days if you are waiting for your long-term home to be ready.
- Best for: Leaving hospital, waiting for home modifications, or bridging the gap between tenancies.
SIL is the “support” part of housing. It involves our staff coming into your home (or a shared home) to help with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, and personal care 24/7.
- Best for: Participants who need constant support to live independently in the community.
We believe a house is made of bricks, but a home is made of people.
- Compatibility Matching: We don’t just fill rooms. We carefully match housemates based on age, interests, and personality to ensure a harmonious home environment.
- Modern Living: Our properties in South East Melbourne are modern, accessible, and close to shops and transport.
- Your Rules: In our homes, you are the boss. We support you to run your household your way.
Not sure what funding you have? Our intake team can review your NDIS plan and explain your budget clearly.
