Care4Community provides people with the chance to participate in group activities. All activities are supervised by a certified staff member and have learning outcomes that correspond to the participant’s NDIS plan. People have a variety of possibilities for center-based activities to choose from. People who require individual assistance can be helped to engage in group activities.
2. LIFE SKILL DEVELOPMENT
Disability is a broad term that incorporates numerous difficulties people face when experiencing the world. You may have a physical disability that affects your motor functions or movement.
Life Skills are the things we learn along the way that allow us to function day to day in a complex environment full of challenges, expectations, unexpected barriers, and unavoidable situations. People with disabilities usually have different experiences in which they may not have had the same exposures or may confront different difficulties, resulting in diverse life skills.
Whether you or a loved one is disabled, numerous support services are available through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to help you live your life to the fullest.
3. ASSIST TRAVEL AND TRANSPORTATION
Care4Community provides Travel & Transportation Assistance to NDIS participants to fulfill their plan goals, and we do so in conjunction with other services, not as a stand-alone service.
Participants normally receive funding through the NDIS for transportation support if they cannot use public transportation without significant difficulty due to disability.
Travel support enables participants to fulfill daily duties and satisfies their desire to live sustainably.
Care4Community can help you enhance your daily life by assisting you with the following tasks:
• Learn how to use public transportation.
• Take your Support Worker grocery shopping.
• Pick up your medicines at your local pharmacy.
• Keep your appointments.
• Participate in your community by attending events, groups, or clubs.
4. HOUSEHOLD TASK
Cleaning the house or going grocery shopping is an unavoidable daily activity. Our pleasant personnel at Care4Community can assist you with your everyday duties to help you maintain your independence at home. As an NDIS participant in the Basic Support category, you have access to support for everyday activities and NDIS household duties through your NDIS plan.
Participants in the NDIS require varying amounts of assistance with their everyday activities and domestic responsibilities. Care4Community, as a dependable NDIS service provider, provides various NDIS household services. NDIS help encompasses members’ household responsibilities and daily activities. A thorough assessment of a participant’s situation is required before these services may be included in your NDIS. The extent of coverage will vary depending on the level of support.
